What details do I need to provide when ordering?
When placing an order, you will be asked for Your complete delivery address and a contact phone number. The type and size of LPG cylinder required (e.g., 19kg commercial cylinder). Your preferred delivery time slot or any specific delivery instructions (if applicable). Providing accurate details helps ensure a smooth delivery.
What types of gas cylinders can I order through Gaswale?
Gaswale offers a range of cylinder types and sizes to suit different needs, including: Domestic LPG cylinders: 5kg, 14.2kg, and 19kg cylinders (typically for home or small food stall use). Commercial LPG cylinders: 35kg and 47.5kg cylinders (for hotels, canteens, and industrial kitchens).Specialty and industrial gases: available on request for businesses with specific requirements. All cylinders are supplied by authorized distributors, so you receive genuine products.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes. Gaswale allows you to book deliveries up to 7 days in advance. You can choose a future delivery date and time slot that's convenient for you, which helps ensure availability and timely supply for your business.
What payment options are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI as of now, in future Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and all other payment methods will support.
Are online payments on Gaswale secure?

How long does delivery take after I order?
We strive to deliver your gas cylinder as quickly as possible. In many cases, we can offer same-day delivery – if you place your order before the daily cutoff time (e.g. 2:00 PM) and the cylinder is in stock at a nearby distribution point, it will be delivered on the same day. Otherwise, most orders are delivered within 1–3 days. (For bulk or industrial orders, delivery might take a bit longer, but any extended timeline will be communicated to you at checkout.
Can I track my order once it's placed?
Yes. Gaswale provides real-time order tracking. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you'll receive tracking details – you can monitor the delivery status via the Gaswale app or website. We also send updates via SMS/email/WhatsApp/In-app notifications, so you know when to expect the delivery. What if I'm not available when the delivery arrives?
No problem – we offer flexible solutions. We offer OTP based secured delivery to all our customers. If you won't be present at the time of delivery, you can authorize someone else (like a staff member or neighbor) to receive the cylinder on your behalf. Alternatively, you can provide specific instructions for the delivery person (for example, a safe place to leave the cylinder), or reschedule the delivery for another convenient time. Do I need to provide an empty cylinder when my new one is delivered?

When you receive your cylinder, inspect it for any damage or leakage – Gaswale's policy advises checking upon delivery and reporting issues within 24 hours. Always connect the cylinder using the proper regulator and check for leaks by using a soap solution (never use open flame). Keep the cylinder upright in a ventilated area, away from heat sources. If you smell gas or suspect a leak at any time, turn off the regulator immediately, ventilate the area, and contact your gas supplier or emergency services. Gaswale only supplies standard, approved cylinders, so as long as you handle them correctly, they are very safe for use.

What is Gaswale's cancellation and refund policy for orders?

•Cancellation before shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched yet – a full refund will be issued.
